Membership is open. Requirements are that all new senior and spouse members must have recently completed an NRA certified safety course and be approved by Club safety officer. An application then can be filled out, submitted with the proper fees to be voted on by the members of the Club in attendance at a regular scheduled meeting.

Levels of membership are Senior, Spouse (all over 18 years of age) Junior (under 18years of age)
